You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. Requirements

REQUIREMENTS of this position would include but not be limited to:

Requires 1 year prior experience in sales
Prefer college degree in business, management, or operations

RESPONSIBILITIES of this position would include but not be limited to:

Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
Communicating effectively with residents and staff
Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
