Job Title: Controls Engineer 5

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Lake Orion, MI 48359

Shift Timings:

1st Shift. Rotating shift every 3 to 4 months.

1st 6am-2:30pm

2nd shift 2pm: 10:30pm

3rd 10:00pm-6:30am

Candidate Requirement:

·3 years of Controls experience

·Rockwell and Siemens experience

·Bachelor’s in electrical engineering.

·Ability to adapt and work with

·Fanuc robots, IR Vision on the robots is nice to have.

Job Description:

Responsible for controls engineering & electrical support, controls modifications and continuous improvement of production processes
Provide technical support and direction to maintenance and other technical employees within the organization; maintain regular contact with partners outside of direct work group
Evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment
Lead activities related to TIP (Throughput Improvement Process)
Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements
Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies
Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions
Enforces safe work practices as the highest priority
