Job Description
Plans, reviews, and analyses quality related data. Identifies problems, offers resolutions, and performs reporting activities. Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System. May act in vendor surveillance activities. May supervise other Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinators.

Main duties
• Compliance with company Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management system.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of audit results reflecting adherence to requirements and provides objective evidence of the effectiveness of the Quality Program to Management Customers and regulatory Authorities.
• Performs root cause analysis and devises, implements and evaluates Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Investigation of Customer complaints, internal Scrap and Rework and evaluation of Vendor performance with respect to external reject parts. This shall include the establishment of effective reporting systems with data analysis, monitoring of trends and advising of potential problem areas to management along with the provision recommendations on improvements.
• Keeps abreast of changing regulatory and licensee requirements in order to make the necessary recommendations for changes to the management system and provide the necessary expertise to aid management with the necessary changes and to conduct appropriate effective systems audits thus ensuring continued compliance.
• Participating in Order review, identifying the customer requirements, and participating in, the Compilation of Data dossiers
• Organising and hosting the visits of Third Party Inspectors.
• Can represent the interest of the QA department as part of a cross functional project team working on specific development contracts.
• Inspection and application of the API Monogram on manufactured product, the declassification of product and compilation of Documentation as required.
• Represent the Quality Function on new Project related tasks.
• Participates and implements processes that improve Service Quality.
• Actively participates in the company's Health and Safety Policy.
Person Specification
Experience: Experience of Oil Services Industry Equipment, its production and assembly techniques involved. Experience of system Auditing and Root cause determination.
Qualifications: Recognised Full Technical Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years industry experience. Qualified as an internal auditor.
Knowledge/Skills: Must have a good knowledge of Management systems to be able to perform audits and advise changes required. Able to follow written and verbal instruction.
Specialist Knowledge: Able to interpret Technical drawings and specifications, Mill Certification, Heat treatment charts, welding documentation, NDT reports.
