About the Role
The Helper is responsible of maintaining proper oil and lubrication levels. This role involves conducting routine inspections, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The Helper will work closely with the maintenance team and report any abnormalities or needs for major repairs to the supervisor. Additionally, the Helper will assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct daily routine inspections of all production equipment
•s lubrication/oil levels and top-up if required. - Maintain the cleanliness of the machines and their surroundings.
- Clean air filters, condensers, and control panels.
- Maintain the coolant (Cutting Oil) dilution as per BH standards.
- Record any machine abnormalities and lubricant usage.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Familiarity with high safety awareness environments.
- Mechanical/Electrical background.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
