We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Engineering Intern to join our team at NVIDIA! This internship offers an outstanding opportunity to work on innovative projects and gain hands-on experience in the technology industry. Our team is passionate about improving the experience for our internal and external in all aspects of products. This is you chance to have a direct impact with our customers!
What you'll be doing:
Partner with multiple internal teams to provide Tier 1 support for sophisticated cloud platforms under the mentorship of our team.
Triage/investigate root cause of customer issues and raise as needed.
Assist with the development of tooling to improve customer support process and visibility.
Document standard methodologies, solutions, knowledge base articles, how to’s, and blog posts.
Develop an understanding of user workloads and use cases.
What we need to see:
Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technical related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Knowledge of basic infrastructure (TCP/IP, storage, hardware).
Engineering internship experience with Linux shell, Python and PyTorch.
Some support experience (service desk, NOX, SRE, etc.)
ITSM ticketing experience (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with CSP (AWS, OCI, Azure, etc)
Background with Kubernetes.
Experience with GPU accelerated scheduling platforms (SLURM, K8).
Background in AI/ML and Data Science.
The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
