Job SummaryThe
Director, Brand Management, is responsiblefor overseeing the product management and brand marketing strategy for thebeverages division.
Job Responsibilities• Oversee product management, including packaging,merchandising, and retail display strategies.
• Manage and execute brand marketing strategies,including brand promotional events and initiatives, in retail and wholesalechannels.
• Assist in expanding the retail, wholesale, andonline sales channels.
• Evaluate customer business reviews that assesscategory performance and develop strategies for growth.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance inthe demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate retail product on-boarding, includingin-store launch activities.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitorstrategies.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain, or another related field.
• Experience: 5 years of previous experience inconsumer product brand management in the food and beverage industry. Experiencewith retail promotions and event management is also required.
• Previous management and leadership experience ispreferred.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Proven experience with successful customerpresentations
