Summary
As a Process Engineer at DM3D Technology LLC, you will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing lean methodologies. This role is vital to our mission of driving innovation and excellence in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tooling and assembly line solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD for process layout design and modifications.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support for welding and fabrication processes as needed.
- Document process changes and maintain accurate records of engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for design purposes.
- Familiarity with tooling design and assembly line operations is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Basic programming skills are a plus but not required.
