We are seeking a Senior Employee Communications Business Partner to work closely with our HR leadership team. The successful candidate will guide people-related strategic employee communications, as well as leading communications for key people projects and deliverables. They’ll act as the strategic link between employee communications and HR, helping ensure we effectively engage employees, reinforce our culture, and encourage them to take action where needed.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner closely with the SVP HR and their leadership team.
Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to HR leaders on the best way to reach employees in order to achieve business objectives.
Be the first point of contact to our HR team for all employee engagement needs.
Lead the communications approach for major HR change projects.
Integrate people communications into the overall employee engagement communications grid.
Build and distribute people-related comms via email, newsletters, digital displays, and the intranet.
Help us attract talent by partnering with HR, recruitment, employee communications and employee social media to promote NVIDIA as a place where you can do your life’s work.
Build and manage metrics to track the effectiveness of communications.
Listen to the employee audience in real time to help us quickly find opportunities or issues.
Support HR with responses to people-related suggestion box questions.
Continuously monitor industry trends for opportunities to better reach and engage our audience with people-related comms.
What we need to see:
12+ years of proven experience in employee communications, engagement, or related HR communications focused roles.
Outstanding collaborator with great management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels of the organization
Ability to think strategically and integrate HR objectives into our global employee engagement approach.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills with experience leading multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages for various audiences and channels.
Analytical and data-driven, with experience measuring and evaluating the impact of employee comms activities.
Knowledge and understanding of the latest internal communications trends, tools and technologies.
Proficient in Slack, Microsoft O365 (including SharePoint), and Google Workspace.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
