Our client located in Claremont, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Controller to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Controller position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required
- CPA or CMA preferred
- 3+ years recent/relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Solid background in financial software and ERP systems
- Understanding of cost accounting, inventory management and manufacturing financial operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask and work effectively with shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to travel as needed (approx 10%)

For the Manufacturing Controller position your duties will include:
- Oversee financial operations and drive strategy
- Manage budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis
- Manage costs through analysis and development of expense reduction strategies
- Develop/track key performance indicators
- Establish/maintain internal controls, guidelines, and procedures for accounting activities
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with others for continuous improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports as required
- Coordinate audits
- Cash flow management
- Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement and investing activities
- Supervise accounting team
- Other duties as assigned
