Job Summary:
The TRS Sales Manager is global role at the company. Was created to develop the TRS business all company's geographies and beyond. The main role is to provide business development for TRS segment, target the reputable NOC's and IOC's, understand the markets and set plan for growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Owns the segments strategy in a formal document - Segments 5 year plan with key milestones.
- Is responsible for the segments Opportunity Pipeline completeness and accuracy.
- Handle the segments tenders in all regions. Lead the process, ensure that country resources are aligned and providing the bidding support.
- Work with countries - whenever resources available - to prepare technical bidding documents, assure that the submission is within the QAQC company's tendering standards.
- Develop/review Tender /Proposal Strategy. Plan TRS segments tender's strategy and follow up with all regions on tenders processing and preparation. Evaluate the initial tender P&L and prepare the final review event. Work with countries - whenever resources available - to prepare commercial model, bidding P&L, bidding strategy. assure that the submission is within the QAQC company's tendering standards.
- Work with countries to set all grounds and prepare for prequalification for TRS service with new clients.
- Responsible for TRS job tracker updates and reports.
- Quarterly report the tenders tracking sheet (Won, Lost, in Progress and Upcoming) for all regions.
- Responsible of building TRS related rig count in all countries where the company operates in and other regions where there is interest to expand.
- Sets and monitors quarterly sales goals and provide feedback and corrective actions.
- Ensure sales are closed at prices that meet the profitability levels set by the company.
- Provides input to the yearly budget plans and quarterly rolling forecast.
- Understands the market and competitive landscape and ensure this is captured.
- Conduct HQ review of Tender/Proposal key components as per the DOA
- Review Tender/Proposal Clarifications
- Review Technical Risks and resources availability
- Manage Customer Specific contract pricing.
- Review contracts Amendment, Extension, and suspension.
- Quarterly tracking for all existing contracts, report the contract values and remaining values accordingly.
