•Load and capacity planning for all preventives activities and budgets for each Windfarm
•Organize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operations and all activities over 30 days of each Windfarm, according the O&M manuals and contracts :
•Maintain Project Preventive Maintenance Schedule
•Blade inspections campaigns
•Certifications campaigns of Elevators, Crane, Safety line, anchor points and ResQ.
•Oils analysis and changes needed
•Supply and inventory of consumables and Spare part needed for preventives campaigns.
•Ensure the tools needed are available on each campaigns.
•Management the subcontractors needed to support the schedule
•Follow-up of SBs implementations, ICAs and QA needed.
•BOP and cells maintenance campaigns
•Support Aftermarket and sales areas with cost and information about Tools, Manpower and Spare parts.
•Support Major Project area with information about Schedule, Wind farm and Manpower conditions.
•Planning and Budget compliance reporting after each campaigns.
•Management of Internal/external resource availability planning
•Supporting to SOM to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings
•Conducts regular briefing with SOM and SPM (weekly meeting)
•Seeks resource and cost optimization. Potential improvements on each windfarm

•Strategic Activity Planning, 30 days to >1 year (52 week planning)
•Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.).
•Phasing of activity
•Load and Capacity Planning (used for commercial forecast also)
•Planning Governance / Planning Meetings
•Long term planning over 30 days
•Supporting the recruitment decisions based on planning requirements
•Support Major Project for major component replacements or campaign style corrective work
