Job Description: Sales Manager Solar Project Development

Main Missions:
- Team Management:
- Supervise a team of 6 people, made up of 4 sales representatives specializing in land prospecting and 2 experts in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Provide training, monitoring and evaluation of team performance.
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new land partners for the development of photovoltaic projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities and strategic partners.
- Analyze the local market to detect project development opportunities.
- Strategy and Organization:
- Define and implement
the company's commercial strategy for the Montpellier region.
- Structure and optimize the sales organization to maximize the efficiency and performance of the team.
Profile Search:
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic sector, with proven expertise in business management and team leadership.
- Successful experience in the development of photovoltaic projects and land prospecting.
- Competences :
- Ability to structure and develop a commercial organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Mastery of GIS tools and land prospecting techniques.
