We are looking for an intern who is currently enrolled in a graduate studies program to join our Indirect Procurement organization for a 12-week summer internship.
As an Indirect Procurement MBA Intern, you will work with Strategic Sourcing Managers to engage stakeholders and suppliers. Your responsibilities include RFx creation and management, supplier and market research, developing negotiation strategies, and supporting contracting and supplier management. Primarily focused on infrastructure hardware, you will also gain exposure to software, circuits/connectivity, construction, data center leasing, and professional services.
What you’ll be doing:
Mainly support our Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager in the Infrastructure Hardware category with exposure to other categories such as Software, Facilities & Construction, Circuits & Connectivity and Professional Services.
Support large projects and key initiatives that may be in progress.
Support and run hands-on Sourcing and RFx activities.
Supporting supplier negotiations and contracting activities,
Serving as a Trusted partner to our Indirect Procurement team, our business stakeholders, suppliers, and our partner business areas such as HR, IT, Finance and Legal.
Have an opportunity to give input on process and technology optimizations to increase our team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyzing requirements, proposals, and negotiations to help our cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
What we need to see:
Currently pursuing an MBA from accredited university
Educational background in supply chain management, business, finance, information systems,supply chain management, procurement or a related field
Demonstrated understanding of procurement practices such as sourcing, negotiating, relationship management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced collaborating, with strong communication and professional skills
Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic and highly changing environment
A passion or strong interest for indirect procurement
Ways to stand out:
Demonstrated understanding of the High-Tech sector environment and priorities
Understanding of procurement technology tools such as SAP, Coupa, Workday Strategic Sourcing, DocuSign CLM.
Strong presentation skills both oral & written, and strong listening and influencing skills.
Exposure to the use of AI in Source-to-Pay processes

The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
