We have an opportunity for an experienced Engineer to take the lead in the development and coordination of digital innovations and solutions, collaborating with IT and various business units to pilot new ideas or technologies that address business challenges. Work will occur in lab environments, separate from mainstream production workflows, to encourage creative solutions free from existing business or technical constraints. You’ll support and consult on the transition of successful ideas to the Product Delivery team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred
* 7 – 10 years of proven experience managing complex projects from inception to launch that involved work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and owners, designers, business users and other engineers
* In-depth full-stack development experience that includes a proficiency in React preferred
* Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
* Demonstrated understanding of backend technologies and frameworks including AWS
* In-depth understanding of AI principles and applications and languages such as Python
* Proven leadership and collaboration skills
* Ability to quickly analyze and resolve problems
* Background in low code/no code automation platforms such as Appian and Power Automate desired
