SUMMARY:
Responsible for layout design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and modification of facilities such as water supply and drainage, gas supply system, cooling water system, air-conditioning system, exhaust system and fire-fighting system. Ensure safe and normal operation of the facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Responsible for the operation of equipment in charge. Prepare equipment operation instructions, equipment maintenance instructions. Strictly comply with equipment operating procedures, and perform equipment maintenance.
·Solve the technical problems encountered in the maintenance of equipment. Conduct dynamic management of equipment operation and equipment technical status.
·Responsible for maintenance and inspection of equipment in charge and fill out the record form. Provide the basis for procurement or processing, develop safety stock standards, control costs of operation and maintenance.
·Ensure the facilities (except electrical equipment) comply with local laws and regulations.
·Promptly arrive at the site for troubleshooting when the equipment in this position malfunctions, and make a record ledger of the malfunction.
·Strictly implement all kinds of safety operation procedures to ensure personal and equipment safety.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Education:
·Associate degree in electromechanical or automation related disciplines.
Experience:
·Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities of manufacturing plants.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
·Certificate of operating special equipment (pressure equipment), OSHA trained for operating fire-fighting equipment
·Familiar with local equipment, safety, fire, environmental policies and regulations.
·Familiar with the structure and performance of facilities (except electrical equipment), and able to solve equipment problems independently.
·Sufficient understanding of principle of facilities and able to read and understand the equipment drawings.
