We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with a strong background in data engineering or MLOps to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data science projects that have a direct impact on healthcare delivery.

Job Description:
As a Data Scientist with a background in data engineering or MLOps, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced data models to enhance healthcare data analysis. By leveraging your expertise in Python, PySpark, and data engineering principles, you will collaborate with our team to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of models in production environments. Your work will contribute to the improvement of risk modeling, recommendation systems, and other key areas in healthcare data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Python and PySpark for data analysis and modeling
- Develop and deploy supervised learning techniques, risk modeling, recommender systems, AB testing, NLP, and LLMs
- Implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with the team to optimize and fine-tune data models for improved accuracy and performance
- Work with healthcare data and privacy regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to implement data engineering best practices
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data analysis and modeling
- Strong foundation in supervised learning techniques, risk modeling, recommender systems, AB testing, NLP, and LLMs
- Understanding of data engineering principles and MLOps practices
- Experience with the Databricks platform for data processing and optimization (preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare data and privacy regulations (preferred)

The target salary range for this position is $153,000 - $190,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
