Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing civil engineering land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and oversee the different phases of land development projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and other public works.
- Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
- Develop project plans, specifications, and designs using CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- For Staff Engineers, registered Engineering In Training (EIT) preferred.
- Proven experience in civil engineering projects, including design, planning, and construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
