Salary Range: $106,342 - $139,573

POSITION SUMMARY
Design, evaluate, and test data infrastructures. This position, with a high degree of latitude, is responsible for managing and building systems and infrastructures that collect and process data according to company needs and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Solid experience with Database Design practices, data warehousing concepts, SQL query language and ETL systems.
- Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from various data sources into data warehouse.
- Expertise with coding and implementing data pipelines in cloud-based infrastructure.
- Leverage existing data infrastructure to fulfill all data related requests, perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing and other essential data management functions.
- Build, evolve and scale out infrastructure to ingest, process and extract meaning out data.
- Leverage existing data infrastructure to fulfill all data-related requests, perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing, normalization, hashing, and implementation of required data model changes.
- Troubleshoot complex problems, identify possible solutions, and resolve accordingly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of two years of progressively responsible technology/network related support
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server stack and Azure Data tools like Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI and/or SSRS.
- Understanding of principles, procedures and skills associated with data quality and metadata management.
- Experience in administration, design and development with any metadata management tool.
- Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark and Python.
- Any industry standard data engineer certifications: Azure preferred.
