Position Summary:
This internship will focus on working with marketing and the TMH dealer network to create meaningful marketing campaigns and outline a standard process for future efforts. As a key member of the Service Parts Sales team, this position requires analytical capabilities to extract, analyze and summarize service parts sales and performance data. The successful candidate will have a passion for analytics and also the desire to attain a wide variety of business information with a strategic mindset. They will also have a good attention to detail and have organizational skills which will assist the team in staying on task with projects. They will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement to service parts operation.
Essential Position Duties:
In this role you will perform functions including:
- Produce and distribute accurate reports in a timely matter
- Analyze and interpret sales data
- Administer ad hoc requests
- Produce and modify standard operating procedures
- Improve current processes
- Regular, on-time attendance in the workplace during normal business hours
Education & Experience:
- Pursuing degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate experience utilizing Excel
