As a member of our Client Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the endpoints (computers and mobile devices). You will work with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac, to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to our users as needed.
You Will:
- Managing and maintaining desktop and laptop infrastructure across multiple platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows)
- Configuring and deploying software applications and updates (Jamf, Intune, SCCM, Tanium)
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
- Developing and maintaining system images for deployment
- Developing and enforcing security policies to protect company data and devices.
- Maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
- Providing technical support and training for end-users
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Mobile devices support (Android and IOS)
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience preferred, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years experience as a system engineer
- Expertise with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Expertise with endpoint management tools like: JAMF, TANIUM, SCCM, Intune
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Python, PowerShell, bash experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
