We are seeking an experienced project manager for over site, planning, implementation, and tracking on multiple large-scale roof projects from beginning, to end. Qualified candidates will have experience in management of all phases of commercial/industrial roofing construction. 
JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid Driver's License
-Non-smoker
-Five years' experience on the roof or more on commercial buildings.
-Must be team oriented. Very Important!

-Will give estimates as needed. Help prepare bid packages and submittals.
-Coordinate project activities to attain successful goals on all projects by focusing attention to on time and in budget project 
completion.
-Read takeoffs from plans/specs for commercial projects/government projects. 
-You will spend at least 90% of your time on the roof.
-Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.
-Coordinate final inspections with customer/manufacturer and advise estimating dept. of completion.
-Ensuring overall quality control of projects.
-Familiar with local building codes
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
-Outstanding communication and time management abilities
-Ability to receive instructions and clearly explain problems or situations
