Main responsibilities:
With reference to the bio-feedstock operations of Eni Natural Energies Indonesia, including vegetable oil production, used cooking oils and palm oil mill effluent oil:
- Define the logistic solutions required to support business operations while optimizing technical and economic aspects.
- Ensure technical inputs are incorporated into logistics contracts for outsourced activities.
- Support the logistics technical evaluation of contractors' bids.
- Manage logistics planning, operations, and execution, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage outsourced logistics contractors.
- Ensure export and import operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure an adequate procedural framework for overall logistics operations.
- Interface with suppliers and clients for logistics operations planning and execution.
- Manage contracts post-award in accordance with company policies.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE):
- Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain or other quantitative fields.
- Extensive experience in logistics management roles, preferably in the vegetable oil or biofuels sector.
- Experience managing logistics and export of bio-feedstock.
- Understanding of agro-industrial or agroforestry supply chains for energy production.
- Familiarity with vegetable oil and UCO supply chains, including storage and quality standards.
- Expertise in logistics and supply chain management for biomass.
- Expertise in export regulation and operations.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
