About the Job:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

3D Design Mastery: Creating detailed 3D models of custom lifting devices and robotic end-of-arm tooling using SolidWorks.

Solution Development: Analyzing customer specifications and product concepts to determine the optimal design solution.

Fabrication & Collaboration: Generating fabrication drawings for our in-house shop and working closely with machinists and welders to ensure accurate build execution.

Robotic Integration: Designing and implementing robotic end of arm tooling and gaining experience in robot programming and control.

Project Management: Developing Bills of Materials and managing component procurement.

Documentation & Communication: Creating clear and concise technical documentation and schematics using SolidWorks.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:

Educated & Eager: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experienced (kind of): Has 1-2 years of design experience in an industrial setting (internships and projects count).

Technically Proficient: Possesses modeling software skills (SolidWorks a bonus).

A Problem Solver: Exhibits creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding innovative solutions.

Organized & Driven: Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and budgets.
