Job Summary
The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.
The Digital & Process Performance function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office driving world wide business
transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
Essential Functions
- Build and maintain data architectures, including databases and processing systems.
- Ensure data systems meet business needs and objectives.
- Create and manage large data sets for various business functions.
- Improve internal processes by automating tasks and optimizing data delivery.
- Work with data scientists and other teams to understand and meet data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Monitor and fix issues in data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow.
Job Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, data science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data architectures, databases, and large-scale processing systems.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures.
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
