NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding, focused, analytical, and motivated Program Manager to join our Sourcing Team. As part of this outstanding team, you’ll be in charge of 2nd source activities on various network products. What you'll be doing:
Develop and implement a component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage
Lead all activities to achieve 2nd source goals and target timelines to ensure a robust supply chain and efficient cost
Collaborate with component suppliers, CMs, and NVIDIA internal teams (R&D, Operations, and Finance) to ensure the project’s key deliverables are met
Analyze the supplier landscape, including components and CM spaces, to identify potential alternative solutions in the industry
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
3+ years of experience managing multifunction activities as a Program Manager with a proven track record in sourcing activities
Individual with a proven track record in effectively managing multiple projects to achieve project objectives
High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive, and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills when dealing with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams
English - required: Excellent writing and verbal skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience working with global suppliers
Deep understanding of the components market and supply base
Familiarity with ERP & PLM systems
Knowledge of components manufacturing processes
