About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in NetSuite implementation, configuration, customization, and support. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and maintaining the Kantata Netsuite environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive NetSuite solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering sessions.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Design and implement custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), and integrations.
- Evaluate and recommend NetSuite modules and third-party applications.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation, including configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.
- Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Advanced Revenue Recognition, SuiteCommerce, and others.
- Develop and execute test plans and ensure thorough testing of all configurations and customizations.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Project Management & Client Communication:
- Lead project teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Conduct client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Manage change requests and ensure clear communication of project scope and deliverables.
- Technical Expertise & Development:
- Develop and maintain advanced SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) solutions.
- Design and implement complex integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and releases.
- Optimize existing Netsuite system.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide best practice recommendations for NetSuite utilization.
What You Bring To The Role
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant or Architect.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite implementations and customizations.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and SuiteCommerce.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer, Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Experience with different business verticals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: NetSuite Required.
- Experience with advanced NetSuite modules such as Advanced Revenue Recognition, Advanced Manufacturing, and WMS.
- Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
Compensation:
- Base pay for this role is: $130,000 -$160,000
- This role is eligible for a company bonus
