Job Description:
Client: Banking
Location: Charlotte, NC (Candidates must be able / willing to work 3 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.)
Length: 12+ month Assignment
Pay: $45 - $50/hour W2
Skills:
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong Agile experience, well-versed with Agile framework and able to lead meetings associated to the framework.
- Strong experience writing business, functional, and technical requirements, creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work with business and technical teams and asking detailed, in-depth question to gather necessary information to compose requirements.
- Experience managing initiatives from end to end, working with scum teams, developers, testing team, SMEs, possibly vendors, etc.
- Self-motivated, driven, problem solver.
- Not afraid to learn new technologies and ask questions.
- Knowing when and how to escalate issues.
- Knowing and practicing SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Relationship Management skills - working with all levels of an organization.
