NVIDIA is building the world’s leading AI company, and we are looking for an expert AV and Robotics Solutions Architect with a focus on Simulation and Robotics AI to help assist customers with adoption of NVIDIA's full-stack technologies as well as building and deploying solutions around Generative AI and Physical AI and other related GPU-accelerated technologies in which intelligent machines can learn, reason, and interact with the world. As part of the Automotive Solutions Architecture team, we work with some of the most innovative accelerated computing platforms focused on the development and test of Autonomous Vehicles and Humanoid and other Robots. A Solutions Architect is the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our Auto customers so you will engage directly with developers, researchers, and data scientists with some of the most strategic customers as well as work directly with business and engineering teams on product strategy as it pertains to these customers. What you'll be doing:
Engage with customers to help them scope and develop solutions for training Robotics perception and policy models, 3D simulations, synthetic data generation, software in the loop testing, AI enhanced manipulation and navigation workflows using NVIDIA's Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Cosmos, and other relevant platforms.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product and other Solutions Architect teams to drive NVIDIA full stack adoption. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and requirements, lead proof-of-concepts evaluations and provide internal feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
Share domain expertise with the NVIDIA solutions architect community and stay updated on advancements in Robotics, Physical AI, and Gen AI.
Provide technical mentorship to partners and customers.
Perform in-depth analysis and optimization of state-of-the art AI models to ensure the best performance on current- and next-generation GPU architectures.
Build collateral (notebooks, github repos, demos, etc.) applied to workflows such as Robotics model training and simulations, world foundation models, neural reconstruction and rendering techniques.
What we need to see:
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field..
5+ years of hands-on validated proven experience in robotics development and/or simulation.
Experience writing production codes in Python, ROS/ROS2, and proficiency with Linux.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with one or more 3D workflows and tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender) or Robotics Simulation frameworks (e.g., NVIDIA PhysX and Isaac SIM, Gazebo, MuJoCo, etc.).
Strong understanding of Robotics systems (kinematics, dynamics, perception, control).
Experience with RL algorithms, standards such as OpenAI Gym, or DL frameworks such as PyTorch.
Ability to communicate your ideas/code clearly through blog posts, GitHub, ppt.
Enjoy working with multiple levels and teams across organizations (engineering/research, product, sales and marketing teams).
Effective verbal/written communication, and technical presentation skills.
Self-starter with a vision for growth, real passion for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Familiarity with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim or Isaac Lab and with relevant data formats like OpenUSD and URDF.
Prior experience with Humanoid Robots developments and policy training.
Applied experience with industrial robotics and respective workflows (e.g. motion planning and navigation, control, localization & collision avoidance, computer vision, point cloud processing).
Skilled in deploying ML/DL models at scale on cloud computing clusters with GPUs.
Development experience with NVIDIA software libraries and GPUs, and profiling.
The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
