Job Duties
Under general supervision, fosters excellent customer relations on the job site. Plans and performs calculations necessary for the total wellsite job, as required. Coordinates and directs the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during the assembly and disassembly of equipment on a site and the preparation of equipment to perform a job. Provides necessary job planning, including instructions to crew and dispute resolution to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. As required, may perform job data collection and distribution. Coordinates the cleaning, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides feedback on individual performance levels of subordinates, providing on-the-job skill development to improve performance. Job tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. The consequences of errors are easily measurable and can be contained.
Qualifications
-Completed technical course in mechanics, electronics or related fields.
-Active CFT.
-4+ years of experience as a flexitube or nitrogen supervisor.
-Local contract for Macae.
Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Given the nature of oilfield service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is required. Promotes safety and environmental awareness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines. Must have excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes. May require licensing to drive commercial vehicles. Promotes and actively participates in quality improvement processes. Must have the ability to understand well layout, analyze computer programs (Well Intervention Site) and operating procedures. Basic computer skills are preferred.
