Main responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of payments in foreign currencies;
- Account for certain invoices, code them and check their entry:
- Management of utility bills (telephone, Internet, Hydro, Energir, rent, etc.);
- Support the administrators of the different business places at the level of our accounts with suppliers;
- Support accountants and financiers in relation to various expenses/invoices;
- Management of accrued expenses;
- Management of inter-company and external transactions;
- Processing of invoices without PO/exceptions/extras and intra-company;
- DataServ Technical Support and Training;
- Monitor email boxes and respond to supplier inquiries;
- Analysis of supplier account statements;
- Other related tasks.
- Requirements:
- Holding a DEP, AEC or DEC in accounting;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in processing accounts payable;
- Master the English language at a functional level in order to converse on a daily basis with English-speaking suppliers;
- Ability to enter a high volume of invoices daily;
- Be methodical, rigorous and pay attention to details;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (search, sort and pivot table functions).
Work environment:
Permanent position, with working hours from Monday to Friday during the day, at a rate of 40 hours per week.
