Job Title: Project Engineer

Cushman Contracting Corporation is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing Northern California Division. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Purchasing: Manage procurement processes and ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment.
- Estimating: Assist with estimating project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and managing budgets.
- Work Plans: Develop, review, and implement detailed work plans for ongoing projects.
- RFIs (Requests for Information): Manage and respond to RFIs during the construction phase to ensure project clarity.
- Submittals: Prepare and review submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and material samples.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, SketchUp, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
