Youngquist Brothers LLC is seeking rotational drillers in South Florida to work on injection well drilling rigs. We drill Class 1 injection wells to dispose of wastewater.

- We ARE NOT IN OIL & GAS.
- Primarily, we drill injection wells on site at wastewater treatment plants. (sewer plants)
- We have our own cement dept. and logging dept., to go along side our drilling teams.
- We are based in Ft Myers, FL with jobs all around South Florida.
- Our headquarters includes a 20 acre yard and shop in Fort Myers with welders, mechanics, electricians, etc.
- We have our own fleet of trucks that haul to and from our jobsites daily.
This is what we offer for the drillers position. This is for a hands-on working DRILLER.
- $30 hour pay rate
- 20 on/10 off schedule
- 12 hours per day/night shifts, 7-7 20 days straight.
- All jobs are in Florida. (Lakeland, Plant City Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale, Punta Gorda, Ft Myers, Naples, St Cloud, Jacksonville, Port St Lucie)
- Most jobs are 8 to 12 months in duration at each site.
- Housing supplied for you while on the job.
- NO per diem, meals, or travel expenses paid.
- Travel time is not paid.
- Time is paid for time on the clock during the 20 day shifts
- Time & a half paid for overtime over 40 hours per week
- Pay period is Friday - Thursday every week
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit
- Insurance benefits offered after 90 days (health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, STD, LTD)
- Vacation & holiday pay after 1 year.
