Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process workflows.
- Utilize CAM programming to enhance production capabilities and tooling effectiveness.
- Program and troubleshoot robotic systems to ensure seamless integration within the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct thorough analysis using vision inspection systems to maintain product quality standards.
- Develop and interpret schematics for process improvements and equipment modifications.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Provide technical support for industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, tooling, and programming practices.
- Familiarity with CAM programming, robot programming, and vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
