IRC225115 - WHP & ORF MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
At Eni, we are looking for a WHP & ORF Maintenance Superintendent within Eni Mexico in FPSO . Offshore . You will be responsible for the site supervision of the maintenance activities by CONTRACTOR, ensuring the compliance with the maintenance plan program and identify actions to maximize the reliability of the Wellhead Platforms (WHPs) Offshore and Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF).
As a member of the operations field at Eni Mexico, you will be responsible for :
• Ensuring safety while achieving the daily production targets and minimising total maintenance costs (production downtime, spare parts, labour, etc.) by complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Supervising the activity at field always ensuring the proper adoption of HSE procedure while Maintenance activities are performed.
• Supervising the correct execution of Maintenance activities by the O&M CONTRACTOR at well-head platforms (WHPs) and onshore production facilities (ORF);
• Ensuring the safe and timely performance of Work Order for Maintenance Activities by the O&M CONTRACTOR.
• Issuing Notification for any need of maintenance support.
• Supporting the Company Site Representative in the review of the Maintenance Executed Work Report
• Supporting Planning and CMMS Coordinator in the definition of priority for Maintenance Activity Planning & Scheduling
• Collecting information at the field about any need for maintenance support and providing feedback to the Planning and Maintenance Coordinator to optimize the planning of the activities,
• Requesting O&M Contractor to issue Failure Report when a failure occurs and following up the proper definition and adoption of corrective actions;
• Proactively analyze field data and information as well as develop action plans to improve production performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.
• Participating in the Management of Change Process MOC by Company Procedures.
• Supervising the proper issue of Material Request to ensure the material availability at the field by maintenance needs and minimizing the downtime for waiting for materials.
• Supervising the O&M CONTRACTOR in the efficient mobilization of CONTRACTOR resources for the performance of the maintenance activities and relevant prioritization.
• Ensuring appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all maintenance activities.
• Adopting the Stop Work Authority wherever deemed necessary during his daily routine.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Oil & Gas Industry experience in maintenance planning and/or engineering activities.
• Good knowledge of English and Spanish
• Familiar with CMMS maintenance tools and relevant planning processes.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas production facilities operations,
• Knowledge of maintenance plan and activities for Wellhead and X-mass tree system and offshore operations process is desired.
• Knowledge of maintenance plans and activities for Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Safety Valves and Piping Inspection and certification
• Knowledge of Local/National and International Standards and Codes is appreciated,
• Familiar with Hazardous Areas Classifications, and the Electrical equipment installation maintenance requirements.
• Familiar with and understanding the hydrocarbon process system facilities for WHPs and ORF and utilities.
• Familiar with and understanding the application of Power grid electrical energization of Remote facility (WHPs and ORF) energization and de-energization of power generation referring to HSE electrical safety.
• Technical High School/Diploma.
