Responsibilities To review all ongoing facility maintenance Requirements, Inventories and Schedules and complete all maintenance requirements as instructed by the Facility Supervisor so as to ensure that the facility is Safe, Secure and fully Operational 24 hours.

- Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises
QUALITY

- Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
OPERATIONS
- Ensure Weatherford's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.
- Maintain housekeeping within the Maintenance offices and storage rooms to ensure a Safe and clean working conditions for employees.
- Maintain and report all maintenance workloads throughout WAR and WSA facilities, working with Office and Product Line personnel inclusive of but not limited to (Manufacturing, Machine Shop, Welding Shop, TRS, Thru Tubing, DRT, WBC, JAR, FRE Intervention Services & Cementation) as appropriate and as per company's directive, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure the assigned work is completed in accordance with agreed terms & conditions of the company purchase orders.
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical equipment through the facilities is fully operational and safe at all times by following the schedules provided.
- Ensure all Electrical and Mechanical works are performed as per manufacturer / vendors specifications & recommendations and in accordance with the company policy.
- Execute service / work orders based on approved quotes in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with facility Maintenance Supervisor pertaining to material requirements for any and all assigned tasks.
- Ensure the assigned work is completed in accordance with agreed terms & conditions of the company purchase orders.
- Record all records pertaining to all service work completed.
- Control &supervise new quality and HSE procedures and the change of existing procedures when procedures are not adequate for the job in hand.
- Participate where requested in HSE meetings and activities and report incidents and accidents in timely manner using the relevant QHSE systems including but not limited to (RADAR Cards and WPTS).
- Responsible for ensuring all QHSE and EEP operations are carried out for relevant functions.
- A minimum of (4) RADAR cards are to be submitted every month per employee.
- Ensure that you are fully compliant with Company HSE PPE regulations at all times and report any noncompliance immediately using the appropriate QHSE system.
- Preform any other reasonable task on the request by the Maintenance Supervisor.
COMMUNICATION
- Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
- Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
FINANCIAL
- All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
- Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
- Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience
- Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential
- Supervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunities

Qualifications - Certifed electrical engeering diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical Engeering
- Good written and spoken English.
- 5 + Years work experience in the Mechanical and Electrical trade
