Position Specific Description
The candidate should have a proven track record in improving the processes and communications needed to drive an IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice. The role includes significant analytics and project management duties. The potential candidate should exhibit previous accomplishment in:
- Assisting in the creation and re-branding the identity of the EA group and architecture communities through key points of interaction and communication with the practice including strategic events
- Collaboration with Architects to develop processes and solutions to maintain content (e.g., knowledge base articles, reference architectures, standards, etc.)
- Respond promptly to EA requests and provide necessary assistance to Architects and Agile Leaders across a wide variety of complex issues and processes, identifying opportunities to automate whenever possible
In addition, experience in digital marketing, social media management, PR campaigns, and advertising strategy development would be an added advantage. The candidate should have excellent communication, project management skills, proficiency in relevant software and applications, and an understanding of the current market trends in technology.
