Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supply and preparation of the equipment, devices and operating tools for the activity of the Well Services department, as well as for their safe operation, at a high performance, and in accordance with Weatherford standards and procedures.
- Responsible for the delivery of Well Services products and services to customers on the set delivery date, without shortages or errors and in accordance with company procedures and standards.
- Responsible for providing detailed reports about the activity carried out.
- Ensures solutions to malfunctions, maintenance and solving problems with installed equipment and systems, in a professional technical manner, and at the same time, optimizes their operation.
- He is responsible for the costs assigned to the projects he controls by fitting them into the approved budget and processing them in the allotted time, as well as maintaining and optimizing the inventory needed by the Well Service department.
- Responsible directly in the relationship with the client for receiving and providing technical data and equipment related to the new or ongoing projects.
- Promotes Weatherford technologies and solutions by drafting technical articles, attending conferences, technical and sales presentations to customers, as well as providing technical support to sales and operational departments.
- Maintains a professional conduct and appropriate attitude, being available, in the region of operations, as long as it is during the duty schedule.
- Responsible for non-compliance with the procedures, requirements and obligations of the Internal Regulation; Internal Rules; Standards; Decisions and Internal Decisions; Provisions of the Law.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience of at least 5-7 years in Well Service for oil & gas fields.
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License B category
- Proficient in English language skills
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of equipment
- Ability to comply with region specific driving regulations and Health Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
- PC proficiency (MS Office package)
