Role Overview
Weatherford have an exciting opportunity for an experienced front of house Office Coordinator to join the team in Alten's. The successful candidate will help assist with events management, reception duties, training centre management and general ad-hoc requirements.
Responsibilities
- Reception - focal point for visitors and guests.
- Provide support as required and directed to operations/administrative departments such as inventory/asset tracking, marketing, accounting, corporate development.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Administrative duties - mail, stationary, PPE and consumable orders.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
- Operational and coordination experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Business skills in Administration.
- Flexible approach to workload.
- Professional and friendly communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel.
- Basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Suite.
- Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers.
