Responsibilities - Sucker Rod Handling, Storage and Shipping.
- PCP (Progressing Cavity Pumps): Receiving, handling, testing and shipping out to client.
- Rod Pump assembly (workshop).
- Assist the client with PCP installations when required.
- Assist the client with troubleshooting of the wells when required.
- Rotaflex and Beam Pumping Units assistance (Commissioning, plan maintenance)
Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - Equivalent Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering / Process Engineer degree is essential.
- Experience in Artificial Lift Systems is essential.
- 5-10 Years of Reciprocating Rod Lift and Progressing Cavity Pump Experience of Complete Supervision and project completions are highly preferred.
- Experience on Weatherford Artificial Lift Systems products, service and technology is highly preferred.
- Design/Application Engineering with the help of Evaluation Software's
- Good English language communication skills, spoken & written.
- Knowledge of: MS Computer Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of all aspects of safety management
- Technical: Appropriate standard of technical knowledge as defined by competencies
- Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, and willingness to help.
- Good understanding and knowledge of QHSE Management systems.
- Basic working knowledge surrounding occupational health and safety and corporate regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding and knowledge of web-based ERP systems (JD Edwards)
MOBILISATION REQUIREMENTS - Based in Roma, Australia.
- Open to relocating to Roma if you are outside Roma.
- Or you can you can do rotation with 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster if living outside Roma.
- Travel requirement would be 20% going to the field with the client.
- Standard work hours of 8am - 5pm
- Immediate start preferred.
