As a member of the human resources department at Plenitude Iberia, you will be responsible for the following :
• Supporting in implementing HR policies and tools according to the instructions of the department manager.
• Supporting the management of Labor Relations and representation of the company before workers, official bodies, and social agents.
• Elaboration of the administrative procedures of the area.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Participating in performance assessment processes.
• Reconciliation, equality, internal communication.
• Climate monitoring and job satisfaction.
• Personnel administration. Administrative management of recruitment, payroll and social security.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Training in HR, law, psychology or similar.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Management of workforces of more than 100 people.
• Languages: Advanced level of English.
• Advanced level in Office. ERP platforms, integrated HR packages.
