Position Summary Purpose Supports the Angola LNG Inspection Support Service Contract transitioning from BV to Oceaneering Inspection Services. This role is key to delivery, to ensure minimal impact to day-to-day inspection activities, during the transition period. The position will evaluate current execution delivery, planning processes, premobilisation of Oceaneering to allow the Oceaneering Management Team to review for execution for continuous improvements. Post Full mobilization and transfer to Oceaneering the Transition Supervisor will act as the Lead within the team to implement procedural and improvement changes to the contract. The Transition Supervisor will be responsible for promoting quality standards of work that are carried out safely and in accordance with Oceaneerings Process and Procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities Functions PRE-FULL MOBILSATION.
• Engagement with Incumbent BV Personnel.
• Review Current Incumbent BV team and day to day operational duties and Inspection Methods.
• Review Planning Mechanisms for scope execution.
• Review Safety Culture.
• Reviewing Site conditions to Aid Oceaneering Site Set up.
• Evaluate current BV employees to ensure team make up will have the correct skills sets going forward.
• Focal Point for New Oceaneering Employees on Mobilisation.
• Focal Point and Oceaneering Representative for any queries that arise for Onshore management team.
• Focal Point to for delivery of Containers, Equipment, and materials for the Site Set up prior to full mobilization and transfer to Oceaneering.
POST FULL MOBILSIATION.
• Lead the team in Oceaneerings Safety Culture and coach team where required.
• Coach Team in Stop and Self Verification Audits.
• Ensure all NDT Testing and Reporting requirements complies with Oceaneering procedures.
• Supervise, lead, or support NDT Inspection programs.
• Execute NDT techniques as listed below on items of static equipment and associated piping as per contract.
• Ad-hoc NDT inspections as directed by Management.
• Produce detailed reports with isometrics or sketches showing the areas inspected and the results obtained.
• Ensure all NDT Testing and Reporting requirements complies with Oceaneering procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and complies with Oceaneering procedures.
• Ensure all mandatory assigned training modules are completed within a timely manner.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with Oceaneering Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable to ensure a safe working environment.
Actively participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks as required by company and client.
Ensure that all procedures are always adhered to and that required documentation is kept updated.
Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has supervisory responsibilities. You will be expected to lead, supervise and coordinate NDT activities. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work. Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements and supporting Management for all NDT related activities.

• Offshore medical, BOSIET / Offshore Survival certification.
• Confined Space Entry training
• Demonstrated experience on piping and pressure vessels inspection and repair procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft office suits.
DESIRED • PCN / ASNT - RT - level 2 - Radiographic Testing. (Conventual, Digital, Real Time)
• Radiographic Interpretation and UT TKY are a plus
• PCN / CSWIP / ASNT - level 3 in an NDT qualification
• PMI Certification
• IR Level 1
• Vibration Monitoring.
• IRATA Level 1 or 2 - Rope Access
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristic • Fluent in reading and writing English (E)
• High School Diploma or the equivalent (E)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant inspection techniques within the oil and gas industry (E).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows based programs (E)
Working Conditions This position is considered ONSHORE/OFFSHORE which is characterized as follows:
• Outdoors and indoors, day and night, as well as over/near water
• Requires working on or near moving equipment and vibrating equipment.
• Frequently the humidity is above 90%, noise is over 85 decibels.
• Potential exposure to open fire/flames/sparks.
• Constant exposure to airborne dust, fumes, and gases.
• Work surface is stable, height is elevated.
