Are you ready to step into a Company with a vision to be the Global Leader of Sustainable Energy Solutions and take on an important role as Data Analyst in a team focusing in technical performance of the WTG?Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Performance Engineering NCE Performance Engineering is a sub department of Service Operations NCE, which supports the On- and Offshore Service and Construction business with technical knowledge and acting as the link between engineering and the local service regions.
The team consists of 12 team members, right now, expanding to 21 colleagues. The main area of support is improvement of the turbine performance, from an operational and technical point of view.
Responsibilities - Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and provide data-driven recommendations that inform management decisions at all levels
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports that distill complex data into user-friendly visualizations and insights for management, prioritizing simplicity and clarity
- Spearhead the introduction of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, setting new standards for excellence
- Act as a key interface between upgrade management, technical support, engineering departments, and other stakeholders, helping to prioritize tasks and implement initiatives
- Serve as a cross-functional leader, fostering collaboration and synergy between various teams including upgrade management, technical support, and engineering, to facilitate cohesive and strategic project execution
- Offer data analytical support for technical issues and optimizing the performance of wind turbines, ensuring maximum efficiency
- Provide innovative solutions for Management demands on PowerBI and consult in possible solutions like PowerPlatform / PowerApps on global level
Qualifications - A postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics is required
- Proven ability to define complex data sets and distill insights for strategic decision-making
- Good technical background, with experience in data analytics, statistical analysis, and proficiency in tools such as Python, R, or similar
- Demonstrated history of innovation and the ability to deliver change in the operational business
- Good leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the wind industry or related field
