Job Duties and Qualifications
- Define the strategy and approach to guide and inform leadership of the change journey.
- Develop plans and execute scoped activities to ensure business readiness and drive adoption of project changes delivered to the business.
- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify individuals or groups impacted by a project and their influence on solution adoption.
- Execute change impact analysis to understand and identify key change impacts, who is impacted, and the degree of impact stakeholders will experience.
- Facilitate on-going engagement of project stakeholders leveraging change networks, coaching workshops, and communication activities.
- Lead meetings and workshops for senior level executives and stakeholder groups to build awareness, transfer knowledge, drive change readiness.
- Provide impacted audiences with information about the program through consistent key messages and effective vehicles to drive change readiness and adoption.
- Establish approach and define plans to drive training development and delivery across the project scope to equip impacted business users with the capabilities and knowledge to adopt the change and operate in a new way of working.
- Measure business readiness throughout the project to ensure teams are positioned to succeed in their transition; Define and execute activities to minimize risks to the transition.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of all program-related training materials including training approach and plan, training schedule, assessments approach and measurement, and training environment.
- Serve as the expert and strategic partner to the business in navigating change through fostering trust and active communication.
- Exhibit high degree of skill in meeting facilitation, presentation, project leadership, and organization.
- Support on-going development and growth of the Halliburton's change management approaches and tools.
- As needed, facilitate role mapping to identify "who can do what" to ensure business users have the required security access to perform their job responsibilities while adhering to compliance policies.
- As needed, support organizational design activities to support change to the business.
- Represent Halliburton's core values and interests when collaborating with contracted professional service partners.
Requirements
- Applies technical accounting skills acquired through completion of an accounting or business university degree and ten (10) years of progressive experience in finance or accounting related roles, to include management experience.
- Professional financial certification preferred.
- Familiarity with common office environment and key business systems including SAP, Hyperion, and similar applications.
- Demonstrates advanced levels of proficiency with business, industry, and company acumen, as well as performance management and leadership skills gained through diverse experience and multiple roles within finance and accounting.
