Som Performance Development Coordinator for Baroid vil du:
- Koordinere alle interne kurs i Baroid Norge
- Kartlegge Baroids kunnskapsniva i samarbeid med Baroid BSM (Business Segment Manager)
- Veilede of folge opp ledere og medarbeidere i kompetansesystemet i samarbeid med HRD (Learning and Development) avdelingen i Halliburton
- Oppdatere og utvikle oppl
•ringsplaner i samarbeid med Baroid onshore prosjektledere og ledere
- Leder, eller deltar i, interne og eksterne audits
- Bidrar til, og vedlikeholder, KPI systemet
- Identifisere trender og muligheter for bedre ytelse i Baroid Norge sin organisasjon
- Oppdatere og vedlikeholde styrings systemet for avdelingen
- Noe reising onshore og offshore ma paberegnes

Presentation/teaser to the position:
To strengthen Halliburton's department for services related to the treatment of drilling and completion fluids and drilling waste, we are looking for a Performance Development Coordinator. Baroid delivers solutions to all segments within drilling fluids, completion fluids, drilling waste management and treatment.
As Performance Development Coordinator for Baroid you will:
- Coordinate all internal courses in Baroid Norway.
- Map Batoid's level of knowledge in collaboration with Baroid BSM's (Business Segment Manager)
- Supervised and followed up managers and employees in the competence system in collaboration with the HRD (Learning and Development) department in Halliburton.
- Update and develop training plans in collaboration with Baroid onshore project managers and executives.
- Leads, or participates in, internal and external audits.
- Contributes to, and maintains, the KPI system
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance in Baroid Norway's organization
- Update and maintain the management system for the department
- Some travel onshore and offshore will be required
- You have the ability to collaborate with others to achieve our common goals.

Qualifications:
- College or university degree.
