ResponsibilitiesThe Manager R&M - Operations Support will be primarily responsible for the implementation and execution of Weatherford's repair & maintenance strategy of service assets and tooling. The role will drive harmonization of execution processes, inventory, and asset management utilization, identify opportunities for activity multi-skilling, to deliver a contemporary and cost-efficient repair & maintenance system which forms part of a single delivery model for Weatherford's global oilfield services operations.
OPERATIONS
- Responsible for assessing and evaluating product line R&M processes that are currently being implemented and to identify opportunities to drive consistency across all locations where appropriate
- Identify and implement LEAN based efficiencies across all R&M processes and locations delivering lower cost whilst meeting quality and delivery schedule requirements
- Collaborate with product lines and engineering to integrate modern repair technologies into the execution system bringing capability to further amplify the overall objective to reduce fulfillment cost to execute within Weatherford's services portfolio
- Collaborate with product line Asset Management personnel to educate on R&M processes such that they are able to align schedules with the required deployment of tools to support improved levels of utilization and revenue generation
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure R&M processes and schedules support the effective and efficient movement of assets from the R&M facility to operations seamlessly and compliantly to maximize both revenue generation and the utilization of each asset as defined by each product line
- Collaborates with Supply Chain to ensure the establishment of effective vendor network to support R&M activities
QUALITY
- Maintains service quality as an immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
- Senior roles will participate in Annual Technical Audits as required to ensure systems are effectively implemented; a supporting authority will lead such Audits
- Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
- Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement

- Works across the required functional streams and key stakeholders to ensure the harmonization of the R&M processes yield lower cost and more capital efficient standard work within the delivery system
- Engages multiple levels of the key client organizations throughout their decision-making matrix and strives to successfully execute global level strategy
- Engages with Supply Chain & Manufacturing leaders to ensure efficient and effective integration as well as addressing any areas of concern or choke points that have an impact on the Company's ability to deliver to the Customer, both internal and external
- Interface and partner with key stakeholders inc product line Asset Management, Global Central Planning and Geozone Operations to merge and harmonize practices and policies
FINANCIAL
- All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
- Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
- Collaborate with inventory and asset management to drive better alignment to support the efficient inventory requirements to support R&M activities without developing any unrequired excess
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT

- Develop the R&M employee population to be able to multi-skill their skills and knowledge that supports the revised strategy for a fulfilment system
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing leaders to identify opportunities for relevant and appropriate employee mulit-skilling

- Collaborate with leadership to promote the continual quality improvement strategy of the company to meet strategic business objectives and profitability
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant oilfield/ business discipline is preferrable
- 5+ years of operational, function or country management experience
- Min 5 years in leadership positions
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator of commercial strategy & operational execution
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and creative passion in building trust with all stakeholders, particularly when driving change - processes and people
- Understanding of driving change in an effective manner
- Ability to operate successfully within a matrix management environment
- English proficiency
