Job Description
Summary of the Job
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you have a customer first mindset that drives your ability to create differentiated digital campaigns and experiences. This position will be responsible for supporting all digital marketing activities, including editing content on our website, creating digital marketing campaigns, marketing operations, leading data analysis and supporting our customers and internal stakeholders. This Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in defining our strategic vision for the future of marketing capabilities, operations and revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital brand awareness and demand generation strategies aligned with company objectives
- Support digital marketing projects including website enhancements, SEM/SEO campaigns and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Guide website updates in coordination with communications, marketing, commercial and legal team members.
- Develop and promote use of website analytics and dashboards to support marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive lead generation and advertising efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies (social media, SEO, Martech, Web Admin etc.) and manage budgets as needed.
- Support marketing operations activities and help foster sales force effectiveness.
- Support integration initiatives to help create a unified digital strategy for Veolia
- Reinforce the company's culture, vision and values of collaboration, inclusiveness, diversity, integrity, quality and safety.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive decision-making and improve marketing outcomes

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Required:
- 4-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications, with an interest in growing a career in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating, executing and measuring lead generation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- Demonstrable experience creating, executing and measuring B2B lead gen strategies
Preferred:
- Background with technical or industrial B2B companies preferred
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO / SEM, CX, Analytics) Martech (Drupal, Google Analytics, Adwords, Marketo, Salesforce.com), marketing operations and social media platforms preferred
