Key Responsibilities:

Your Profile:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical systems, particularly those involving composite materials like fiberglass and carbon fiber used in wind turbine blades. Experience in blade repair or a related field is highly preferred.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires working at significant heights and in various outdoor conditions, often requiring physical endurance and the ability to handle equipment safely and effectively. You must be physically fit and comfortable working in challenging environments.
- Certifications: Certifications such as IRATA for rope access, GWO for safety, and specific technical training in blade repair and maintenance are highly regarded. Continuous learning and skill upgrading are essential as technologies and methods evolve.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement repairs efficiently under pressure. Your analytical skills will help you troubleshoot and maintain turbine performance at optimal levels.
