The role will report into the SGRE Service Resource Management & Planning group for North America and will be responsible for the optimal coordination of the demand and supply of contractor support required for the projects in operation. Its main goal is to ensure an effective and efficient deployment of resources for the scope of activities in the wind farms under Service. They will coordinate primarily with Field Operations Management, Contractors and Procurement, to ensure projects are staffed with the appropriate skilled technicians for the relevant tasks in scope.
- Relocation will not be offered for this role.
Responsibilities- Gather the required resources demand for planned activities under the scope. And be the focal point with contractors to provide upcoming year contractor demand.
- Facilitate the onboarding of technicians in the relevant systems prior to arrival to sites.
- Work as liaison between Field Ops management and Contractors to ensure resources that are allocated to projects are duly qualified and have the competencies required for the task.
- Tracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities for short term planning
- Provide medium- and long-term resource demand forecasting to all stakeholders (i.e. HR, Training, Procurement, amongst others)
- Track competency level status in training website and work with contractor to close gaps.
- Identify planning risks and opportunities and communicate to the project team
- In case of deviations, coordinate mitigation actions with stakeholders. Assure that action plans are defined and executed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience- Bachelor's degree OR at least 2-3 years of experience with one or more of the following:
- Project management, Planning and Resource Management
- SAP, Data Analytics and/or Database knowledge preferred
- Prior planning experience or Resource Management a plus
- Advanced Microsoft office skills.
