Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose This position will support onboarding of new customers through the accurate and timely management of new contract setups and new master data setups in SAP.

- Master Data Maintenance. Address, D&B Matching
- New Contract Setup including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow
- Review submissions for compliance with policies and procedures
- New Contract Creation supporting multiple offerings.
- Contract maintenance.
- PO updates, Scan and Upload
- Parts and Pricing
- Contacts
- Equipment deployed
- Dates
- Notes
- Billing Plans
- Cancellations and Terminations-of-service
- Create and Modify PM Orders
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Education / Experience / Background
- 3 years customer care experience. Preferably related to master data and contracts.
- 3 years SAP experience or equivalent ERP system.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage and track multiple activities.
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures to daily work.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and email software.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Professional interactions with internal and external customers.
