The Flowback Field Specialist 3 is a rotational position located in Midland, Texas and works closely with Lead Flowback Operator (SR Supervisor) and Management to ensure all aspects of jobs are completed to Cameron's standards, policies, and procedures. This position interfaces directly with customers and sales personnel to ensure work to be completed is scheduled appropriately to meet customer requirements. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and on 24hr call during scheduled work rotation. This position provides quality, professional service, and customer support. The candidate for this role must demonstrate a team player attitude, a willingness to accept constructive guidance and feedback and must maintain professionalism at all times.
JOB DUTIES - Follow company and industry best practices
- Acute situational awareness of work site surroundings
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of field service tickets and daily well site updates
- Interfaces with customers to provide product advice and determine customer needs
- Present and conduct yourself in a professional manner both on and off site
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Ensure worksite location is kept clean, organized, and free of trash and debris
- Thoroughly perform well test AND frac assist operations
- Demonstrate proficiency with well testing AND frac assist equipment and procedures
- Ensures execution of field maintenance associated with well test AND frac assist equipment
- Specific knowledge with: gas rate calculations, oil/water rate calculations, correction factors for all three phases, tank tables
- Serve as a mentor for less experienced technicians
- Must demonstrate ability to identify applicable equipment, parts, and pressure ratings
- Ability to follow schematics, standard operating procedures, and running procedures for repair and assembly
- Ensures applicable reporting and billing documentation both paper and electronic are completed
- Assist in the rig up and rig down of well test and frac equipment in safe and efficient manner
- Physical demands include: using hands, fingers, climbing ladders or stairs, kneeling, bending, regularly lift or move 20lbs and occasionally 50lbs, and work in all types of weather
- Other duties may be assigned.
HSE REQUIREMENTS - Maintain and wear required PPE
- Perform JSA and update as scope changes to safely manage changes in operations
- Perform safety observations and interventions
- Responsible for safety of self and others including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage and unsafe acts as soon as practical to manager/supervisor.

Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.
At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $32/hr.

Minimum Job Qualifications MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 6 years relevant oil field experience.
- Experience assembling/disassembling, installing and operating well test and frac assist equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail when completing paperwork
- Must possess proactive and professional attitude and appearance
